Every Monday morning, Faye & Sy of Unravel & Unwind invite you to join them on zoom for an hour of calm, relaxation and mindfulness crafts. Ambient music, and a mindfulness activity is the best way to kick start the working week. Especially now, as many of us are having to work from home due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Step 1: choose a mindful activity
Step 2: choose some calming ambient music
Step 3: log into zoom, aim your camera device to your desk (if you are able)
Step 4: Join the meeting at 10am (UK) ; Check Facebook page for details and mute your microphone
Step 5: Enjoy a relaxing start to your week. The call is for just 1 hour
