Please accept my apologies

I’m so very sorry.

It was bought to my attention this evening that some of our emails hadn’t been received. When I looked into it, I found a dozen or so emails in our Spam folder that had been sent via our website.

I have now responded to all those (less than 30 days old, as the Spam automatically deletes any mails older than that) that I have found, but if you had emailed previously please email us directly using unravelandunwind@gmail.com

Once again, I am sorry and now that I am aware of the situation I can be on the lookout for any other misdirected emails. I am not in the habit of ignoring people and this situation has left me feeling upset and frustrated.
